近日，有媒体报道，在二手交易平台上，有卖家公开以88元的价格售卖“清华紫荆色饭碗+绿色餐勺”组合，相关消息引发热议。

据上游新闻报道，在某二手交易平台上，一套带有“轻微使用痕迹”的紫荆色饭碗与绿色餐勺组合被定价88元。卖家在商品详情图介绍：“清华大学的紫荆色饭碗，买都买不到的，能用它吃饭感觉是不是会不一样。”

记者以买家身份尝试沟通，卖家表示“有货直接拍”，并确认可提供两套及以上的购买选项。对方强调餐具并非“来源不明”，支持清华大学西门自取或快递配送。

One listing priced a purple rice bowl and green spoon set — with "slight signs of use" — at 88 yuan, touting it as "Tsinghua University's signature bowl, impossible to buy elsewhere." When contacted, the seller confirmed stock, offered multiple sets, and said items could be collected at the campus gate or delivered.

此外，该二手平台上还有“清华大学餐盘”以35元价格待售的信息。报道称，截至24日发稿，该碗勺套装已获得超千次浏览，24人标记“想要”。

Other listings were also spotted, including a "Tsinghua University dining plate" priced at 35 yuan. As of Sunday, the bowl-and-spoon set had garnered more than 1,000 views and 24 users had marked it as "wanted".

对此，清华大学一食堂值班孙经理（化名）证实，二手平台所售餐具确为清华大学食堂使用的正规餐具。食堂明文规定餐具不能带出食堂，“将餐具带离后又挂网售卖的行为肯定不允许。”食堂已将该情况反馈至上级领导及保卫处，后续将跟进处理。

A Tsinghua canteen manager confirmed the items were genuine dining ware and stressed that removing or reselling them was strictly prohibited. The case has been reported to university authorities and campus security.

除了清华大学的碗，此前还有个别商家售卖北京大学未名湖湖水，每500毫升标价20元至99元不等。

据了解，《北京大学校园秩序管理规定》第十一条规定，在校园活动的人员，应自觉爱护校园环境，不得出现的行为包括：攀折树木、私摘花果、破坏草坪植物植被等；在湖区钓鱼、跳水、游泳，非工作需要的捕捞、划船等；其他破坏校园环境的行为。

北京大学保卫部工作人员当时表示，学校不允许取用未名湖水售卖，将联系商家下架商品。如有人看到类似情况，可向学校举报。

Similar incidents have occurred elsewhere. In one instance, merchants once tried selling bottles of water allegedly taken from Peking University's famous Weiming Lake, for 20 to 99 yuan per half-liter. University rules ban such actions, and security said such sales were banned and pledged to work with e-commerce platforms to take down the products.

中国政法大学副教授、北京市电子商务法治研究会副会长朱巍表示，此举是在利用普通人对学历的焦虑牟利，商家宣称湖水可“激发智慧”等描述则涉嫌虚假宣传。

Zhu Wei, associate professor at the China University of Political Science and Law, criticized these sales as exploiting public anxiety over elite universities. He added that claims like lake water "inspiring wisdom" may amount to false advertising.
