广州高铁站内商店停售泡面？官方回应

近日，有网友发帖称，广州东站即将下架站内商店的泡面，此事引发热议。

8月11日，该网友再次发贴称，广州东站内的商店已停售泡面改为售卖拌面，并附上照片佐证。

Instant noodles have disappeared from shelves at shops inside Guangzhou East Railway Station, according to social media posts that sparked widespread discussion. The move appears part of a broader effort to minimize strong food odors in enclosed train environments.

On Monday, a netizen posted photographic evidence confirming retailers within the station had replaced soup-based instant noodles with dry noodle products. Images showed shelves stocked exclusively with non-soup varieties.

该照片显示，超市货架上陈列着多款拌面产品，而未见泡面的踪影。对此，有网友猜测此举可能与泡面带汤水、气味较重有关。

铁路12306官网曾提醒，旅客列车车厢属于封闭空间。旅客在乘车期间，请不要食用榴莲、方便面等有浓重气味的食品。

8月13日，广州东站服务热线工作人员证实，目前站内商店的泡面已全部下架，如有需要可以前往站外购买。8月14日，广州白云站服务热线工作人员称，站内商店基本都是干拌面，站外便利店有售卖泡面。

Staff at Guangzhou East Station's service hotline verified on Wednesday that all instant noodles had been removed from station shops, suggesting passengers "purchase them outside the station if needed". Similarly, Guangzhou Baiyun Station confirmed on Thursday that its shops primarily sell dry noodles, though convenience stores outside the station offer traditional instant noodles.

对于火车站站内商店停售泡面，12306回应称，站内商店是否售卖泡面或者拌面，铁路没有强制要求。

据此前报道，7月，“高铁建议勿食用方便面”的话题就曾引发热议。工作人员表示，不含加热包的普通方便面可正常携带上车，但建议乘客在列车上尽量选择味道较小的食物，以免影响其他乘客。

While China Railway's 12306 platform said it has "no mandatory policy" regarding noodle sales at station shops, it previously issued reminders asking passengers to avoid pungent foods in enclosed train carriages.

广州东站高铁站停售方便面并非个例。2024年3月，有市民反映，上海虹桥高铁站商业区不售卖方便面。

对此，中国铁路上海局集团有限公司回应：根据国铁集团《铁路旅客运输服务质量规范》相关规定，方便面属于可能严重影响列车环境卫生的食品。为维护高铁车站和列车环境卫生，使广大旅客享受到更为优质的服务，管内所有高铁车站均不售卖方便面食品，但旅客可自行携带。不便之处，敬请谅解！

针对此事，有网友表示赞成下架，“可以选择气味小的食物替代”。也有网友表示不理解，“不得不用更贵的餐食代替方便面”。
